We collect two categories of personal data:
Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content. This data is collected when you voluntarily submit the contact form on our website.
Analytics data: anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device type. This data is only collected when you consent via the cookie banner.

Contact form submissions are transmitted securely and processed by our email service. We do not store form data in a database. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4 in accordance with Google's data processing terms.
5. Data retention
Contact form data: retained in our email system for 24 months after last correspondence, then deleted.
Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for 14 months (default GA4 retention), then automatically deleted.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Third parties who process data on our behalf: Google (Analytics — only with your consent). You can review Google's privacy policy for further details.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
